Durée d’action : 5 minutes.
Incompatibilités physico-chimiques :
Bicarbonate de sodium. Solutés alcalins. Sels de Ca. Dilantin. Xylocaine. Aminophylline.
PRÉPARATION ET DILUTION : NaCl 0,9 %, G5 %, EPPI.
- ACR Adulte : pas de dilution 1 mg/ml. 1 mg toutes les 3-5 min.
- ACR Enfant : 1mg dans 10 ml soit 0,1mg/ml toutes les 3-5 min.
- Choc anaphylactique : 1 mg dans 10 ml soit 0,1 mg/ml

Effets secondaires et surveillances :
- Monitorage.
- Vasoconstriction, HTA, trouble du rythme, OAP.
- Hyperglycémie.
- Surveillance hémodynamique étroite.
